The Missing Modern Arnis Files Vol. 2 – Weekend At Rocky’s

What did Rocky Pasiwk learn back in the 1970s that the rest of us missed? What is this Cinco Teros he is talking about? What is the Block & Lock? How is the De Cadena he learned different from the partnered trapping hands drill that all of us learned in the 1980s and 1990s?

I went to Monroe, Michigan exactly to find out. I spent a very enlightening day with Rocky in late March 2026 and came away with more than I bargained for.

This streaming video document is split up into two parts.

Disc 1 was shot in the studio.

Disc 2 is a “library video” depicting me teaching this to my Saturday Modern Arnis class. It is definitely not a professionally produced video however the information on it, as well as a sample of how I teach in my classes, makes it well worth the addition. All in all, there is over three hours of material. Enjoy!
