Anderson Martial Arts Karate Curriculum – White thru Black Belt

$35.00

Do you want to know what Super Dan teaches at his school?

Having written the single most important book on karate sparring in 1980, Prof. Dan Anderson set out to establish his own dojo.  In 1985, the Dan Anderson Karate School (now Anderson Martial Arts) was founded in Gresham, suburb of Portland, Oregon.  Over the years, Anderson has been constantly working and refining his karate system to a point where anybody of any age or skillset could learn it and become a Black Belt.  This two-volume set shows you how.

*Disc 1 outlines the belt requirements all the way up to Black Belt.
*Disc 2 outlines the street self-defense exercises and drills so that one can transition what they learn in the dojo to real life self-defense.

This DVD set will enhance your skillset, no matter what discipline you practice.

NOTE: There is no “Black Belt ” DVD.  The Black Belt test consists of materials from White to Senior Brown Belt.  Getting ready for Black Belt consists of brushing up on, fixing or learning any materials missed along the way as well as getting shape for the test.  DA
