The Rule of Threes – The Anderson Martial Arts Karate Core Curriculum

$20.00

The original aim of Karate was self-defense. It has technically blossomed over the last 75 years in America but it has lost a lot of its efficiency. There is almost too much karate. While practitioners have gained skill over more and more techniques, how many of them are geared for self-defense proficiency?

This is a curriculum manual for my school. I have stripped away all of the unnecessary trappings of present day karate and have brought it back to its self-defense roots. This book is for my students. This is for their proficiency. This book contains three techniques in each category. Three punches, three kicks, three defensive actions, etc. You don’t need any more than these for self-defense.

Self-defense is not complicated nor should it take a lifetime to learn! It looks like its taken me almost 60 years to become simple in my approach and application.
