Single Motion Disarms – The Modern Arnis Master Program Vol. 1

This is the first in the Modern Arnis Master Program video series. The Modern Arnis Master Program is meant to enhance your own skill set in Filipino martial arts. We are taught as beginners to hold the stick motionless for our partner so that they can learn the disarming but when it gets down to actually applying it, failures frequently occur. This first volume shows you how to disarm your opponent in one smooth motion  mid their strike.
