Flow Disruption (or The Left Turn At Albuquerque)

The footage for this video was shot at the recent CT Modern Arnis Camp held in October 2022.

Remy Presas stressed the importance of the Flow.  “Danny, you must have the flow.”  He also stressed to me the importance of being able to counter the counter.  Both of these are pillar principles to Modern Arnis.  Flow Disruption is about countering the Flow, both in drill form and in application before it ever gets started – to get the jump on any partner or opponent right from the get go.  It is simple and easily understood.  This video is the companion to the studio production to be released in the very near future.
