Arnis Combatives Simplified

The Arnis Combatives Simplified method is a subset of the MA80 System Arnis/Eskrima and is centered around the simplicity of stick-fighting. 

Much of arnis/eskrima training deals with “what ifs” – what if your opponent gets too close to you, what if your opponent grabs your stick, etc.

In the Philippines, stick fights were measured in seconds, not minutes or rounds.  A shattering blow to the grip hand, a knockout blow to the head  ended the fight right away.  Fights were fast and simple.

This DVD deals with that simplicity.  I have worked out a simple Five Stroke system which covers all angles both offensive and defensive. 

This footage was shot in two locations, in my school and in Germany where I taught this Five Stroke method.  In addition to the stick fighting aspect of this material, I have also shown how it translates to empty hand self-defense.
