The Modern Arnis empty hand Anyos (kata) were taught in North America.  The first five anyo were videoed in Prof. Remy Presas’ first video set over 30 years ago.  Anyos 6, 7 & 8 were never officially documented.  This 6 DVD series is the first time that they are available to learn on video!

In addition to this, Prof. Dan Anderson, one of Remy Presas’ most senior students, has used his unique Motion Application Breakdown process to fully unlock the self-defense applications of each and every anyo!  This has never been done before!
